Our studio is thoughtfully curated to support designers at every stage of their process. In our fabric room, you’ll find an extensive selection of textiles for window coverings and upholstery. We collaborate closely with designers and trusted representatives to source the perfect samples—ensuring every project has exactly what it needs to shine. And if we don’t have something in-house, Samara is always happy to help track it down for you.
Step into our wallcovering room, home to the largest collection in the region. From timeless traditional patterns to sleek contemporary designs, including murals and truly unique statement pieces, there’s endless inspiration to elevate any space.
Finally, explore our rug room, where you’ll discover a diverse collection of area rug and runner samples from a variety of vendors. With a range of styles, textures, and materials, these pieces are carefully selected to complement and complete your design vision.

The Studio/Libary: Meet our Studio Manager, Samara Beals, who will assist with sourcing and pricing. Samara will work with designers to find what they are looking for and answer any questions they may have.

The Workrooms: Meet our talented seamstresses, Sandy Blake and Belinda Rowe. With more years than we can count between these two talented women and Karen, we thrive on creating your designs.

Site measure and installation: From the initial site measure, consulting and best fabric and hardware options, we provide honest advice and professional oversight to ensure the final result is a seamless reflection of your talent.

Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need a creative solution for privacy and light control, we are here to make the process effortless. We treat every project with the same care we would our own homes, respecting your budget while honouring your unique personal style.
How We Work Together:

The Discovery Call: Whether working with a designer or direct with a client, the initial conversation about vision and need sets the conversation about the direction of the best materials, products and hardware to use.

In-Home Consultation: Working with designers and clients, we recommend site visits for proper measurements and assessing any structural elements that will impact the form and function on all window treatments.

Measurement & Quoting: We handle all technical measurements during our meeting. Once we finalize your fabric and hardware selections, we provide a clear, no-obligation quote.

Project Accepted: Once approved and deposit received, our team gets to work ordering fabrics, hardware and blinds to bring your vision to life. Depending on projects in the queue, timelines can vary but we aim for blinds 3-4 weeks and custom window coverings 6-8 weeks. However, fluctuations in size and scale of jobs in the queue can extend these times. When you are at the point of proceeding with your order, we can narrow down the timeline.

Installation: Installation day brings lots of excitement and a few requests from our end. Â
- Please ensure that we have access to unload your window covering
- Pets- we love dogs and cats - so no need to lock them up as long as they are safe from escaping
- Please ensure we have safe access to set up with tools and ladders in front of your windows
